Fold Page List update for WP 2.1 compatibility
22 February, 2007: Updated to v1.74 with a permanent fix for resolving various warning messages linked with array manipulation.
The Fold Page List plugin for handling page navigation within Wordpress and which enables its use as a simple Content Management System has been updated to version 1.71 in order to reinstate functionality that was lost as a result of changes to the Wordpress database structures that were introduced with version 2.1 of the popular blogging platform.
While older versions of the plugin will continue to work in either a step-wise unfolding of a page navigation system, or a non-folding mode of operation suitable to drop-down menus, the ability to fully unfold sections of navigation was lost.
In making the fix that reinstates section-wise unfolding of page navigation a further issue was uncovered that was affecting the ability to unfold deeply nested pages. This has also been addressed and the plugin will now essentially support page navigation structures of infinite depth.
User documentation and a link to the downloadable archive are available from the Fold Page List support page.
