WordPress maintenance
Keep your website updated, monitored, and managed—with a clear plan and a real person to help.
What we do
The essentials that keep your website healthy, secure, and running smoothly.
We keep WordPress core, themes, and plugins updated, checking for compatibility and issues.
Regular backups and recovery support, with access and recovery requirements reviewed at onboarding.
Checks for availability and potential website issues, with practical follow-up when attention is needed.
Approved changes to your existing content, within the allowance agreed for your website.
Is this the right service?
This plan is for a business with an existing WordPress website that needs regular attention and a clear point of contact. We review the site first so routine maintenance is separated from old errors, unsupported software, and development work. You know what is covered before care begins.
The work, clearly explained
Keep the WordPress installation, themes, and plugins under an agreed maintenance routine. Updates are checked against the website’s important pages and functions; existing conflicts or unsupported components may need separate work.
Review backup access and the steps available if restoration is needed. A backup is only useful when the right files, database, access, and hosting conditions are available. We establish those requirements rather than assuming they are already in place.
Send approved content requests and questions through the agreed communication route. We distinguish a routine change from a larger task, clarify what is needed, and quote work outside the plan before proceeding.
Content updates are subject to your plan allowance. Redesigns, new features, hosting, and ongoing SEO are quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions
A few useful details before we talk about your website.
The plan covers one reviewed WordPress website: routine core, theme, and plugin updates; backups and recovery support; website monitoring; defined changes to existing content; and human support. The content allowance and site-specific responsibilities are agreed before you start. It is not an unlimited development or marketing retainer.
Yes. We first review the current setup, installed software, access, and important business functions. If the website has existing problems, unsupported components, or missing access, we explain the work needed before confirming ongoing care. An initial repair or cleanup may require a separate quote.
A content update changes existing material, such as supplied wording, an image, contact details, or information on an existing page. The amount of work included is defined for your plan. New page designs, major layout changes, custom features, and substantial content creation are assessed separately.
Those items are not automatically included in the $200 care plan. We review which accounts and licenses your website uses, who owns them, and what access is needed. Any hosting, domain, or third-party subscription costs are identified separately so there are no assumed inclusions.
Tell us what you are seeing before onboarding. We assess the issue and the available recovery options, then explain the proposed scope. Existing repairs, a compromised site, or substantial remediation are not treated as routine maintenance and may need a separate project before care can begin.
No. Software, hosting, access practices, and third-party services can all introduce problems. Maintenance reduces avoidable neglect and establishes a practical response and recovery route, but it cannot remove every risk. We define responsibilities and access clearly rather than promising an incident-free website.
Ongoing SEO, AI search optimization, new functionality, and redesigns are separate services. Routine technical care supports a working website, but it does not include an open-ended content or growth campaign. If you need more, we can agree on a separate scope alongside maintenance.
Send the website URL and a short description of its setup and requirements. We review the site, discuss the plan, and arrange an appropriate access method after scope is agreed. Do not send passwords or sensitive account details in the initial inquiry. Required WordPress and hosting access is confirmed during onboarding.
